All submissions must be made via the forms below. Email submissions will not be considered as we must have them in the correct format.
We may choose to edit or modify panel, event, or other descriptions for length, clarity, grammar, or other reasons at our discretion.

WWWC13 will have number of Fan Tables (Also known as “Exhibition Groups”) for Steampunk and related groups, we do not charge for these.
